The Garnishing Chef is a women owned business that was started in 1998 to fill a “missing niche” in the catering industry—Creative, design oriented food, that tastes and looks delicious.

Laura and Betsy have over 20 years of cooking and catering experience, helping friends and family, they made it an official business in 1998.

It means garnishing chef and was coined by a French chef that worked with Betsy and Laura. He called them the best garnishing chefs he had ever seen.

How do I pronounce it?

Le as in an Hawaiian Lei and Garmaché as in Gar-mar-che which rhymes with the last part of Bon Marche.
